Open Gym Schedule

Open Gyms

Open gyms are great for those extra reps! We will have a volleyball coach staffed at each open gym to help guide players into drills or games.

Starting January 9th, 2026 we will be hosting adult open gyms from 8:30-11pm Friday nights.

Pay as you go

Sign up online and check-in when you get there. Parents come for free and are welcome to help their player get the reps in.

$15/day for current I AM Volleyball players. 

$20/day for non-I AM players.

​

Open Gyms are typically 3 hours long. You can stay as long as you'd like during the open gym timeframe.
